A Prayer to Begin the Month of August

"Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act." — Psalm 37:5

Each new month is an opportunity to renew our trust in God, give thanks for the blessings received, and place our dreams, challenges, and hopes in His hands.

May this month of August be a time to grow in faith, strengthen our prayer life, and draw closer to Christ through the Eucharist, the Word of God, and service to others. Following the example of the Blessed Virgin Mary, may we learn to live with humility, love, and hope, always trusting in the Lord's will.

Prayer

Lord our God, as we begin this new month of August, we place our lives in your hands. Accompany us every step of the way, strengthen our faith, and help us to live each day with love, hope, and trust in your will.

Bless our families, protect the sick, comfort those going through difficult times, and guide our parish community so that it may continue to be a sign of your love and mercy.

Through the intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, may we always remain close to You and bear witness to Your Gospel with joy and fidelity.
